Katyayani Triple Attack Bioinsecticide Overview: Katyayani Triple Attack is a bioinsecticide formulated with Verticillium lecanii, Beauveria bassiana, and Metarhizium anisopliae in powder form. It effectively controls a broad range of insect pests by allowing spores to germinate on the surfaces of insects or larvae. Target Pests: Controls pests such as mealybugs, beetles, aphids, thrips, whiteflies, jassids, hoppers, root weevils, bugs, termites, grubs, borers, caterpillars, moths, scales, leaf-feeding insects, cutworms, semiloopers, and more. Target Crops: Effective for various crops, including vegetables (chili, tomato, okra, brinjal), fruits (mango, banana, litchi, grapes), cereals (paddy, wheat), and pulses (green gram, chickpea, black gram), as well as other agricultural and plantation crops. Mode of Action: Upon application, the tiny spores attach to insects. Under optimal conditions (temperature and humidity), these spores develop into hyphae that penetrate the insect's body, leading to its death. The fungus then grows externally, producing a white or yellowish mold that releases additional spores, continuing the pest control cycle.
