    Very Disappointed and Frustrated! ???? I had one of the worst online shopping experiences ever with ShopClues. I ordered a pair of headphones (Order ID: 216330416) and they stopped working within just 2 minutes of use. The sound quality was horrible, and the product clearly looks like a cheap duplicate. What made things even worse was the terrible customer support. The app keeps showing an error whenever I try to submit a complaint or write anything on the generated ticket. I also tried calling the customer care number multiple times, but it never connects. It feels like ShopClues doesn’t care about its customers at all! I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. I’ve wasted both my money and time, and I strongly advise everyone not to shop from ShopClues. Their products are of very poor quality, and their support system is completely useless. Please fix your customer service and refund my money immediately!
